6" STANDARD PRESSURE INDICATOR

Matherne Instrumentation's single pointer pressure system is designed to provide a fast and precise check of pump pressure.

This system can help detect mud pump operational problems, such as washed out drill pipe or bit nozzle problems.

The system consists of a 6" pressure indicator, a standard 50 ft. high pressure hose, and is designed for use with a diaphragm protector, piston isolator, or debooster to separate well fluids from the system's internal parts.

The convenient mounting design allows the gauge to be mounted in a driller's console, in a weight indicator box, locally on the mud pump, or stand alone.

The 6" dial face is availiable with coarse line increments for pump pressure applications and fine line increments for choke applications.

6" COMPOUND PRESSURE INDICATOR

Matherne Instrumentation's dual pointer pressure system is designed to indicate precise measurements for mud, cementing, acidizing, and fracturing operations.

The primary pointer makes one 360° revolution to full scale capacity, while the vernier pointer offers four times the sensitivity by making four complete revolutions to full scale capacity measuring small pressure fluctuations caused by formation breakdown, perforation plugs, and fractures.

The system consists of a 6" compound pressure indicator, a standard 50 ft. high pressure hose, and is designed for use with a diaphragm protector, piston isolator, or debooster to separate well fluids from the system's internal parts.

The convenient mounting design allows the gauge to be mounted in any location.

6" UNITIZED MUD GAUGE

Matherne Instrumentation's unitized mud gauge (UMG) is a complete mud pressure system integrated into a single indicator assembly that is perfect for use on blowout preventers, choke manifolds, and cementing, acidizing, fracturing, and gravel packing operations.

The unit consists of an inverted 6" gauge mounted on a 2" NPT housing with a diaphragm cup or piston isolator housing and includes a check valve and pulsation damper stem.

FEATURES:

• Easily visible 6" dial face allows clear viewing from well over 75 ft.
• Standard capacities up to 15,000 psi straight pressure

Matherne Instrumentation's flange mount gauge is a complete mud pressure system integrated into a single indicator assembly that is perfect for use on blowout preventers, choke manifolds, standpipes, cementing, acidizing, fracturing, and gravel packing operations, and pipeline pressure applications.

The unit consists of an inverted 6" gauge mounted on a flanged base manufactured to API 6A specifications and includes a check valve and pulsation damper stem.
